David Hasselhoff was seen on Wednesday in a wheelchair with his ankle bandaged, further raising concerns about his health.
The 73-year-old “Baywatch” star looked frail and thin as she was photographed leaving a physical therapy appointment in Los Angeles.
He had a bandage on his ankle, which could mean the actor has suffered another injury just weeks after reportedly undergoing knee and hip replacement surgery.
He wore a black hoodie and shorts to the appointment, complete with a gray baseball cap.
His wife, Haley Roberts, 45, accompanied him and helped him into a waiting car.
A representative for the actor did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.
Hasselhoff last caused a health scare last month when he was seen using a walker during a rare outing with his wife in Los Angeles’ West Hills neighborhood.
Photos obtained by Page Six showed the actor wearing a gray T-shirt, black sweatpants, a beige Nashville hat, glasses and black shoes. He also had a blue and white sweatshirt slung over his shoulders.
At the time, a representative for the actor told Page Six that he was undergoing physical therapy while recovering from surgery and was “doing well and feeling well.”
Prior to the April sighting, Hasselhoff was seen passing through Los Angeles International Airport in a wheelchair in May 2025.
The “Knight Rider” actor, who was flying to Cancun, Mexico, with his wife, told paparazzi he was in pain and would undergo knee surgery the following week.
Hasselhoff has been dating Roberts since 2011, and the pair had an intimate ceremony in Italy in July 2018.
