In a city full of quacks, Sofia Umansky isn’t afraid to be herself.
The influencer publicly documented that she went under the knife to enlarge her bust after her weight fluctuated due to the GLP-1 drug Munjaro.
“At first I lost a ton of weight quickly, but then I gained it back. Now I finally feel like I’m perfectly average and balanced,” Umansky explained in a TikTok video on Tuesday. “My daughters aren’t sitting where I want them to be. They seem to be hanging really low.”
The “Buying Beverly Hills” alum revealed that she will get a lift but not implants. The surgeon, Dr. Steven Teitelbaum, also performed the 2022 breast reduction surgery on her mother, Kyle Richards.
“I know that if I achieve this, I’ll feel more confident in my body. That’s always the goal,” she confessed.
Umansky also experimented with the idea of grafting fat from the hips to increase breast volume.
The next day, the reality star recorded herself and Richards on the way to surgery, revealing that the “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star was “not a fan of implants.”
“I’m really excited that Sophia doesn’t have implants,” she continued in the Instagram video. “We’re excited.”
Umansky then showed her followers the moments leading up to the surgery.
While in the pre-op room, Richards teased Sophia, who was wearing only a robe, “Why don’t you show everyone what you looked like before the surgery?”
After being prepared for surgery, Umansky went under the knife, but the process was not caught on camera.
However, a subsequent video showed Richards thanking the doctor, who explained the procedure in detail.
“It’s all over,” he exclaimed. “It doesn’t get any better than this!”
Later, the mother-daughter duo returned home with Umansky, who was unconscious, telling Bravo’s vet that it “feels a little more painful than going to Pilates,” before joking that she had Tylenol in her breasts.
While many fans praised Umansky for speaking candidly about the surgery, one follower called her decision to go under the knife “insane and sad.”
She simply replied, “I’m really happy, but…”
Umansky has openly documented her weight loss journey over the past year on TikTok, even revealing that she experienced hair loss while using drugs.
“I’m very lucky to have a lot of hair,” Umankshi said in a May 2025 TikTok video. “If I lose my hair at this rate, I’ll be bald in about a week.”
“I started Munjaro about four months ago, and I think I’ve noticed a dramatic amount of hair loss in probably the last three weeks to a month,” she explained at the time.
But despite the side effects, Umansky continued using the drug.
Days later, she clapped back at her critics online.
“People who say I don’t need treatment don’t know what they’re talking about. They’re not doctors,” the social media star told People magazine.
“I think everyone needs to settle down and live their lives. And honesty goes a long way in life, and lying is no fun. It’s not good.”
