Page Six reported that Donald Trump Jr. and Bettina Anderson appear to be in a hurry to get married.
We noted that they had a bridal shower and bachelorette party at their father’s Palm Beach mansion, Mar-a-Lago, and were eager to have their wedding at the White House.
But it looks like we’ll have to wait a little longer as the Iran war drags on longer than expected.
“They are well aware that holding a lavish wedding at the White House while people are dying will not be welcomed,” the source said. “It would be too extravagant and too situational, especially after King Charles’s state dinner.”
“Don was fully supportive of the bridal shower and bachelorette party. He loves her and wants everyone to know they’re getting married,” the source added, “but it seems like he wants to make sure the timing is politically appropriate before actually setting a date.”
As Page Six first reported in December, the two got engaged after a year of dating.
