The vintage outfit worn by Madonna during the second weekend of Coachella 2026 has gone missing.
The music legend was a surprise guest at Sabrina Carpenter’s headlining show last Friday night, where she took to the stage to sing her classics “Vogue” and “Like a Prayer” with the pop star.
Madonna, 67, wore a purple jacket and lilac corset over a lace dress, accessorizing with matching long gloves and sheer stockings.
Madonna shockingly revealed on Monday that the costume she wore on stage was missing after telling fans on her Instagram Story that she was excited to perform.
“This full-circle moment was different until I realized that the vintage items I was wearing – my costumes, jackets, corsets, dresses and all other clothing pulled from my personal archives – were gone,” she wrote.
“These aren’t just clothes, they’re part of my history. Other archival items from the same era have gone missing as well.”
Madonna is offering rewards for returning products.
“I hope and pray that someone kind will find these items and contact my team at Infomaverick2026@gmail.com,” she shared.
“I reward them for their safe return. Thank you from the bottom of my heart 💗.”
Madonna also posted a photo of herself and Carpenter, 26, at Coachella, writing, “We’ve been flying high since Coachella on Friday night! Thank you Sabrina and everyone who made it possible for us to get ‘To Bring Confessions II’ back to where it started. What a thrill!”
“A moment in history I will never forget,” she added. “I feel very free.”
Madonna explained the importance of her Coachella performance during a surprise guest appearance in Indio, California over the weekend.
“So, 20 years ago today, I performed at Coachella. I was in the dance tent and performed ‘Confessions on a Dance Floor, Part 1’ for the first time in America,” she said.
“It was such a thrill. And it’s a thrill to be back. It’s a full-circle moment, right? It means a lot to me.”
Next, the icon is preparing to release her long-awaited album, Confessions II, later this year after teasing her new song, “I Feel So Free.”
