Gigi Hadid is uncomfortable with her name appearing in convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein’s infamous file.

She responded to a fan who threatened to unfollow the supermodel on Instagram, saying it made her “stomach hurt” in a now-deleted comment.

“It’s terrifying to read someone you’ve never met talk about you like that, especially in this context,” she added.

Hadid, 30, said she has “never met a monster in me,” but believes her name is in the file because Epstein “tried to take responsibility for people’s careers in order to manipulate his victims.”

“I didn’t comment because I didn’t want to deviate from his real victim story, but after seeing your comment I realize that maybe it’s not clear and it’s important to let you know that,” the runway model wrote.

“Sure, I grew up privileged, but my parents protected me and taught me the value of hard work. It’s the same hard work that brought them to this country and gave them a career,” Hadid added.

The mother-of-one spoke at length about how her modeling career began, including meeting with an agency before she turned 18 and signing with IMG in 2012.

“And since then, I have worked hard every moment. For my name to be in these files, I would have been 20-21 years old at the time he would have written the email as disgusting. And I would like to state unequivocally that I had nothing to do with that disgusting human being,” she wrote.

“May he rest (with fire emoji),” Hadid concluded.

A fan then told the Maybelline PR model that he was “totally honored” to hear back from her, to which Hadid responded: “💖💖 Sending you all the support x.”

After the Department of Justice (DOJ) released the multi-million Epstein files, Gigi and her sister Bella Hadid’s names were mentioned in emails exchanged between the deceased investor and an individual whose name was redacted in December 2015.

“How did Sister Hadid (sic) become a model and earn so much money?! I don’t understand,” the unidentified person wrote to Epstein.

“You know what,” the late pedophile replied, before an anonymous person claimed that the model’s father, Mohamed Hadid, “paid the agency.”

Mr. Epstein answered, “No.”

The person, whose name was redacted, claimed that “too many girls give blowjobs,” to which Epstein responded, “I agree.”

After a 2005 investigation, Epstein was released after pleading guilty to procuring children for prostitution and soliciting prostitutes and serving 13 months in prison.

He was charged with sex trafficking of minors in 2019 and was accused of abusing dozens of underage girls. Epstein died by suicide in prison while awaiting trial that same year.

His right-hand woman, Ghislaine Maxwell, is currently serving a 20-year sentence for sex trafficking.
