She was born with it, but she also has Maybelline.
Miley Cyrus dazzled at the Hannah Montana 20th Anniversary Special premiere earlier this week in a glittering metal mesh Rabanne dress layered over a custom T-shirt printed with her iconic character.
The actress, who was named the beauty company’s global brand ambassador late last year, completed her red carpet look with a full face of Maybelline makeup.
When her campaign first launched, the megastar shared that her go-to lip color when performing is the brand’s durable Super Stay Vinyl Ink Liquid Lip Color. This just happens to be on sale for under $11 right now.

With more than 48,000 five-star reviews on Amazon, this liquid lipstick comes in a variety of shades, from neutrals and nudes to reds and deep shades, and promises 16 hours of wear without smudging.
“Vinyl ink is a very important part of my performance,” Cyrus joked about the product last year, saying, “I’ve had a lot of disasters with lipstick,” adding that on stage, old lipstick would end up everywhere but on her lips.

Cyrus wears the universally flattering shade Peppy, a nude mauve, in the campaign.
But for this week’s “Hannah Montana” premiere, she opted for the brand’s latest formula, the Upstate-hued Serum Lipstick, a cool brown satin shade (also available now).

Promising 8-hour wear, the Serum Lipstick contains hyaluronic acid to keep lips smooth.
Cyrus’ makeup artist, Janice Dowd, paired it with Lifter Liner Lip Liner (also in an Upstate color) for a soft look that complemented her sparkling eyes, created with Shadow Drip Eye Tint Liquid Eyeshadow in Bronze Drip.

“While paying homage to Hannah’s youthful playfulness, we also wanted to incorporate Miley’s relaxed confidence, making it the perfect combination of fun and authenticity,” said Celebrity MUA.
Of course, don’t forget mascara.
“No matter what, I’m going to wear mascara and lipstick,” Cyrus said in a video when the partnership was announced last year.
