Alan Ritchson said he was “good to be back” after a “crazy week” in Tennessee where he got into a huge fight with neighbor Ronnie Taylor.
The “Reacher” star announced on Instagram Wednesday that he has wrapped production on Season 4 of the hit crime action series.
“This is my last time in the ADR booth for Season 4 of Reacher,” Ritchson, 43, began in the video, which marked his return to social media since he was caught on camera wrestling with neighbor Ronnie Taylor over the weekend.
“We are Danzo and this is going to air soon. It’s the best season ever.”
The “War Machine” actor then referenced his “crazy week” in the caption of an Instagram video.
“So happy to be back in the booth after a really crazy week!” he wrote. “This is the end of post-production — #Reacher Season 4.”
He continued, “Without a doubt, this season is our most exciting season yet. I think we’ve made progress. We’ve fired on all cylinders, so to speak.”
The Amazon Prime Video star was seen on video punching Taylor in broad daylight on Sunday, which was first obtained by TMZ.
The footage showed the actor’s neighbor kneeling on the ground as Mr Ritchson appeared to punch him “at least four times”.
Taylor spoke out about the shocking incident on Monday, telling TMZ that Ritchson “kicked the crap out” of Taylor after a motorcycle fight in the Brentwood neighborhood.
“And then on Sunday, as I was cleaning my bike outside my house, he rode past me once or twice. The second time I stepped in front of him and I said, ‘Don’t do it. Someone’s going to get hurt,'” Taylor recalled.
“Then things escalated quickly from there,” he added. “He came towards me on his bicycle, so I pushed him.”
Meanwhile, Ritchson declined to discuss Sunday’s fight in an interview with the Daily Mail on Monday.
“I can’t answer questions about that right now,” he told the outlet. “An active investigation is underway.”
But the “Titans” alum shared a scathing quote attributed to Napoleon Bonaparte on social media on Monday, following the singer’s horrifying altercation with Taylor.
“Never get in your way when your opponent is making a mistake,” the actor wrote.
Meanwhile, the Brentwood Police Department announced Tuesday that no criminal charges will be filed in connection with the scuffle between Ritchson and his neighbor.
Authorities ruled that Ritchson acted in self-defense, and the investigation into the incident is closed.
“After reviewing the available evidence, including video footage and witness statements, authorities have determined that no criminal charges will be filed,” Brentwood Police Department Lt. Steven Pepin told The Hollywood Reporter.
It added: “Mr. Ritchson’s actions were found to be in self-defense.”
Pepin also revealed that Ritchson declined to press charges against Taylor, but the possibility of reckless endangerment was “considered.”
Representatives for Ritchson did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.
