Taylor Frankie Paul defended herself from a disturbing video of her attacking ex-boyfriend Dakota Mortensen in front of her daughter.
A spokesperson for the “Mormon Wives” star told Page Six on Thursday that the bombshell video, shot in 2023, “conveniently omits context.”
The representative denounced the video as Mortensen’s “endless, desperate, attention-seeking and destructive campaign to harm Taylor without regard for the impact on the child.”
“(This act) on my son’s (Ever’s) birthday is a reprehensible attempt to distract from his own actions,” the spokesperson added, referring to his two-year-old son.
“Thankfully, the public has seen this behavior before and knows who he is. And sadly, many will recognize this pattern of manipulation, both from his actions on the show and from their own experiences.”
On Thursday, TMZ released a video of Mortensen, 33, recording Paul, 31, punching him and throwing a chair during a heated argument in 2023.
In the video, Mortensen repeatedly told the TV personality that her daughter Indi, now 8, was in her room on the couch.
Indy, who was three years old at the time, could be heard crying in the background as Mortensen approached the toddler, who was later said to have been “hit in the head with a metal chair.”
The TikToker continued to attack Mortensen, saying, “You did it. You threw me.”
Paul later told responding officers that Mortensen threw her to the ground just before he began recording her.
Also in the video, the reality star can be heard telling Mortensen to stay away from her daughter.
At the time, Paul was arrested and charged with aggravated assault, domestic violence in the presence of a child, child abuse, and criminal mischief.
The influencer pleaded guilty to aggravated assault and struck a plea deal that reduced the charge to a misdemeanor in exchange for three years of probation.
Additional charges were dismissed.
The heartbreaking video was released after news broke in February that production on Season 5 of SLOMW was paused due to a domestic violence investigation between Paul and Mortensen.
Law enforcement said it received complaints from both parties.
“It’s hard to say” about his future on the Hulu reality series, Paul said on Tuesday’s “Good Morning America” segment.
She’s also in the middle of the “Bachelorette” press tour, and her season is still scheduled to premiere on Sunday.
Mortensen and Paul had been dating on and off since 2022 after her divorce from ex-husband Tate Paul.
The content creator and Tate have two children, Indy and son Ocean (5).
