Harry Jowsey says he is “glad” he is no longer friends with the cast of Dancing with the Stars after they allegedly ghosted him.
On DWTS alumnus Danielle Fishel’s podcast Pod Meets World, the two bonded over their respective appearances on the show, and Jowsey said, “It’s been the best experience ever, so rewarding and amazing.”
“I had the best time,” the 28-year-old said on Wednesday’s episode. “Everyone was really nice, but now they’re not.”
Jowsey, who competed on season 32 in 2023, explained that she found the show to be very time-consuming and “erased all my plans and everything I had.”
However, by the next season, “a lot of people didn’t email me back or unfollowed me,” he claimed.
“And actually, what upset me the most was when my dad passed away, no one texted me and I was really close to them. No one texted me except Sasha[Farber]and I was like, ‘OK.'”
On December 4, 2024, Jowsey emotionally mourned the loss of her father on social media with the caption, “Dad, I love you and I miss you. I’ll catch you on the other side ❤️✨🕊️.”
He also told the Boy Meets World alum, who competed on the show in season 34 in 2025, that the “horrible” situation made him question his friendship with the cast.
“I’m glad I’m not friends with any of them,” Jowsey said.
The Australian model also claimed that she met one of her “DWTS” castmates at the gym, but they offered no condolences.
“But when I posted the picture and my dad passed away, they really liked it,” Jowsey said.
“And I think I would have moved mountains. If it were you, I would have been there. So I think that’s why I’m happy to have that chapter (behind me).”
Despite feeling disrespected by his cast members, Jowsey assured that he was “okay” and acknowledged that his comments could get him in trouble.
“I don’t really care,” he said.
Josey was partnered with professional Riley Arnold during his time on the show, sparking romance rumors.
The two remained tight-lipped about the nature of their relationship, but after the season, he bought her a vintage Van Cleef & Arpels Alhambra bracelet for $14,000. That year, he spent Thanksgiving with her and her family.
However, Arnold denied the dating rumors, explaining that they “developed this relationship” while “going through a lot together” at a dance competition.
“I hope we remain friends because our relationship is a lot of fun and I really like being connected,” she said on a November 2023 podcast episode, “Lightweights.”
“It’s going to be difficult because I live in Utah and he lives[in California]. So we’ll see what ends up happening. But we’ll definitely keep in touch,” she added.
However, based on Jowsey’s comments on Wednesday’s podcast, it is unclear whether the two remained friends.
Following his romance with the reality TV star, Arnold has been dating footballer Walker Lyons for the past two years. As for Josie, she seems to be single.
