Sarah Jane Ramos may be leaning on her “really great friends” after calling off her engagement to Dak Prescott.
Earlier this week, the NFL star’s ex-fiancée posted a merry-go-round photo from his bachelorette party in the Bahamas. The snaps included the cheerful gang riding jet skis and posing for a group bikini photo.
“I truly believe that if you have truly great friends, you can overcome anything in life,” she captioned the post.
“I love them so much ❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥,” Ramos added.
According to TMZ, the Dallas Cowboys quarterback and wine specialist clashed during their joint bachelor and bachelorette party in the Bahamas, which resulted in the party being called off.
According to the outlet, Ramos was the one who pulled the plug.
The former couple will now focus on co-parenting their children Margaret, 2, and Aurora, 10 months.
Prescott proposed in October 2024 during the Cowboys’ bye week.
“I’m so excited,” Prescott told reporters after the engagement. “I’ve known that for a while. … I got the ring a few months ago. She didn’t know. She’s a big golfer and thought we were going to golf. I told her we were going to play golf for the rest of our lives.”
“I had a ring inside a fake golf ball,” he elaborated. “I dropped it. She almost hit me. I’m so happy that she said that. I’m very, very blessed and happy. I’m grateful for this family that I started.”
The athlete and Ramos were first linked in September 2023, when they were spotted at a Cowboys-New York Giants game.
After the game, Ramos shared a shot of him hugging Prescott.
“#4💙🩶,” she wrote above a photo of Ramos wearing a leather Cowboys jacket.
In 2024, Wine Consultants celebrated Prescott signing a $240 million, four-year contract extension with the Dallas-based NFL team. He is currently the league’s highest paid player in NFL history.
“The most deserving man, the best partner and father. We love you,” Ramos wrote on his Instagram Stories after the news broke.
