Lady Gaga shared a message during Bruno Mars’ recent TikTok live.
She gave hints about when she and fiancé Michael Polanski will get married.
The couple has been engaged for some time.
On Friday, Lady Gaga revealed new details about her upcoming marriage to fiancé Michael Polanski on Bruno Mars’ Romantic Radio TikTok Live. It looks like their long engagement is coming to an end.
“My fiancé and I travel all year long and we’re getting married soon,” she said in a message played during the show. “I was hoping you would choose a special song for us.”
Bruno chose a song from his new album, The Romantic, and hinted that he would dedicate “Risk It All” to Polanski. He later performed the song as a tribute to the couple.
In October 2025, Gaga spoke at length in an interview with Rolling Stone about meeting Polanski while she was struggling with her mental health.
“Loving someone who cared for me for who I really was made a huge difference,” she said. “What he saw was, ‘This is a person who feels far removed from what he’s supposed to be doing.’ He wanted to take care of me, and I’ve never been loved like that. My life was serious to him. It wasn’t a party. He made me realize that my life was precious.”
She described Polanski as “a very serious person,” adding, “So many people in my life at that time were looking for a good time. People really loved drunk Lady Gaga.”
That difference helped make her more authentic.
“None of my strategies worked on him,” she said. “We were going to meet each other and maybe have a very honest adult conversation and see if we liked each other. Michael’s sense of gravity was probably the thing that appealed to me most about him. He understood right away how serious things were for me.”
Polanski also spoke during the interview, saying that the two “feel like they’re already married.”
“We have these breaks and it’s appealing,” he explained. “It’s like, ‘Okay, can we get married that weekend?'” We don’t want a big wedding, but we do want to have fun. In many ways, I feel like we’re already married, so it won’t change much. ”
