Gypsy’s Rose Blanchard showed off her amazing weight loss and shared the amazing way she achieved the results.
Blanchard, 34, posted a video of herself stepping on the scale on Instagram on Wednesday, revealing that she weighs 108.2 pounds.
She was clearly feeling confident and panned the camera down to reveal her teal sports bra and tight black leggings.
Blanchard, who is 4’11” tall, said she didn’t lose weight by restricting her diet, exercising or using GLP-1.
“Okay, guys, I’m not a gatekeeper. My weight loss was due to my living environment,” she wrote.
Blanchard explained that her habits have changed dramatically since her release from prison in December 2023. She served eight years in prison in 2015 for convincing her then-boyfriend Nicholas Godejohn to kill his abusive mother, Dee Dee Blanchard.
“My lifestyle has changed a lot. I went from junk food from the commissary to home-cooked food and started trying new foods,” Gypsy Rose said. “I don’t have a workout routine (I wish I could), I don’t follow any dietary restrictions, and I don’t use GLP-1.”
“I wasn’t actively trying to lose weight…my whole life just changed and I was free to adapt 💗,” she added.
Back in April 2025, Gypsy Rose revealed she lost 25 pounds three months after giving birth to her daughter Aurora with boyfriend Ken Aker.
“I’ve seen a lot of comments asking how I lost weight, so my weight loss journey started after I got out of prison, so once I started eating healthy instead of prison food, I started losing weight,” she shared with fans in the comments section of her Instagram post, along with side-by-side photos highlighting her thin figure.
She also said she “started eating twice a day” and “reduced the portion size” of each meal.
In November 2025, she shocked fans by showing off her natural hair and revealing that she had been hiding it with a wig.
The ex-convict sported a short brunette pixie cut in the style of Audrey Hepburn.
“I had to cut it quite short because it was completely burnt out from nearly two years of bleaching,” she said at the time.
“I’m not comfortable with short hair, so I usually wear a high-quality wig until my natural hair grows back to a healthy level,” she continued. “I’m giving myself a fresh start so I can grow my hair long again.”
