Does Timothée Chalamet wear a heart on his necklace?
The “Marty Supreme” star arrived at the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles on Sunday for the 32nd Annual Actor Awards (formerly known as the SAG Awards), where he was nominated for Outstanding Male Actor in a Leading Role.
He looked elegant in a classic cream Prada suit jacket and black pants, accessorizing with a $33,000 Panthère de Cartier necklace that is quickly becoming an awards season go-to.
First introduced by Cartier in 1914, this stunning design includes 18K white gold, 189 brilliant-cut diamonds, and one emerald.
Perhaps the glitter is some kind of good luck charm, considering Chalamet wore it to the 2026 Golden Globe Awards, where he won the Best Actor award. (He also showed it off at the AFI Awards Luncheon earlier this year, days after winning the Critics’ Choice Award.)
Although he walked Sunday’s red carpet with his mother Nicole Flender rather than girlfriend Kylie Jenner, the Cartier style statement may also be a nod to his famous half.
The stars, both big fans of Cartier and Chalamet as an ambassador, wore matching rings featuring the brand’s iconic leopard motif at the 2025 BAFTAs.
Perhaps their love language is jewelry, as they also appear to share Chalamet’s Cartier Love necklace. Fans are convinced Jenner will be wearing the $4,950 necklace as a bracelet in 2023, with one TikToker writing, “Like she’s been wearing his love necklace on her wrist the whole time.”
This meaningful design includes interlocking rings intended to symbolize “the most important relationships in your life,” according to the jewelry store’s website.
Earlier this year, Jenner also showed off a Panthère de Cartier pendant ($30,500) and matching stud earrings ($26,700) in her “Christmas Recap” Instagram post, but she didn’t reveal who gave her the extravagant gift.
Thanks to the couple’s coordination, Chalamet and the Kylie Cosmetics founder were one of the hottest pairs on this year’s awards red carpet.
Just last week, the pair wore all black at the BAFTAs in London, with Jenner opting for a vintage black velvet Thierry Mugler dress with a bejeweled bodice (including a Marty Supreme orange megawatt stone) and Chalamet looking dapper in a custom Givenchy by Sarah Burton.
At the Los Angeles premiere of Marty Supreme in December, she kicked off the season with a show-stopping orange Chrome Hearts leather look reminiscent of the movie’s ping pong ball color palette.
At the Golden Globes in January, Jenner sparkled in a gold Ashi Studio dress and over 100 carats of Lorraine Schwartz diamonds, while Chalamet wore a black velvet chrome hearts suit with Timberland and Cartier necklaces.
At the Critics’ Choice Awards, the reality star pulled an archival black chainmail Versace number with sheer lace panels. Chalamet countered with a pinstripe Givenchy double-breasted suit and floral tie.
If he wins at tonight’s SAG Actor Awards, he will become the first actor to win back-to-back Best Actor awards at the ceremony, and only the second actor to win the award multiple times, after Daniel Day-Lewis. He took home the trophy in 2025 for playing Bob Dylan in “A Complete Unknown.”
He has already won a Broadcast Critics Association Award and a Golden Globe for his role as table tennis prodigy Marty Moser in Josh Safdie’s film, but lost in an upset to Robert Aramayo at the BAFTAs for “I Swear.”
After each win this season, the “Dune” star has used his time on the podium to recognize Jenner. He publicly declared his love for her for the first time at the Critics Choice Awards in January, calling her his “partner of three years” and adding, “I love you. I couldn’t do this without you.”
With the Oscars ceremony approaching, perhaps another stylish joint red carpet may be in Jenner and Chalamet’s future.
