Michael Jackson’s former friends sue singer’s estate over child sex trafficking and abuse charges

Michael Jackson is accused of child sex trafficking and abuse, according to a new lawsuit.

Frank, Dominique, Marie-Nicole Porte and Aldo Cascio – all former friends of Mr Jackson – filed court documents on Friday against the late singer’s estate in Los Angeles, alleging that the King of Pop “drugged, raped and sexually assaulted” each of them.

In legal documents obtained by Page Six, the brothers claim the abuse dates back to “when they were as young as seven or eight years old.”

The family alleges that Jackson, who died in 2009, “groomed and brainwashed” his siblings throughout their childhood using “methods typical of child abusers,” along with his “wealth and fame” and an employee system that “aided, abetted, and actively covered up” the abuse allegations.

The Cascios go on to claim that Jackson was “insinuated” into their lives after they met through his father, who worked at one of the luxury hotels Jackson frequented.

The brothers claim the “Beat It” singer showered them with “lavish gifts,” “obsessive attention” and “access to a celebrity lifestyle” before the abuse began.

“He gave them drugs and alcohol, normalized the abuse and showed them pornography, including photos of unclothed children, to desensitize them,” the document states.

“He instilled fear and distrust in others by convincing them that if anyone found out what he was doing to them, it would not only destroy their lives, but their lives and the lives of their families.”

The new lawsuit comes a month after the Cascio family appeared in a Beverly Hills court as part of an attempt to invalidate a financial settlement with the Jackson Estate. Their case is scheduled to be heard at a follow-up hearing scheduled for March 5.

In a court filing in November 2025, Frank, 44, Port, 37, and Aldo, 34, all accused the late superstar’s estate of coercion, deception and betrayal in an attempt to silence allegations of abuse.

The brothers allege that between 2003 and 2004, when Jackson was arrested and charged with child molestation, Jackson told them to go into hiding from his then-attorney, Mark Geragos, to keep their presence with him a secret.

Geragos would later work with attorney Howard King to represent the brothers in the current lawsuit against Jackson’s estate.

When asked for comment, attorney Marty Singer, representing Jackson’s estate, denied the Cascio family’s claims against the pop star.

In a statement to Page Six, Singer called the lawsuit a “desperate money grab” led by Frank Cascio.

“This lawsuit is a desperate money grab by additional members of the Cascio family who have jumped on the bandwagon, along with their brother Frank, who has already been sued in a civil racketeering arbitration,” Singer said.

“For more than 25 years, the family has steadfastly defended Michael Jackson and exonerated him of any wrongdoing. This new court filing is a transparent forum shopping tactic in their scheme to obtain hundreds of millions of dollars from Michael’s estate and businesses.”

He went on to cite several family statements published in Frank’s 2011 book, My Friend Michael: An Ordinary Friendship with an Extraordinary Man, as well as widely publicized interviews with Oprah Winfrey and others, saying the family has “consistently and repeatedly” maintained that the “Thriller” hitmaker “has never harmed his family or anyone else.”

“As the estate’s financial success increased, the Cassios, through two different attorneys, threatened to go public with heinous accusations that completely contradicted their previous statements in defense of Michael unless the estate paid an extraordinary amount of money,” Singer continued.

“Last year, Cassios’ attorney Howard King asked for $213 million. After Howard King was briefly replaced by attorney Mark Geragos, Geragos made a new, equally baseless $40 million demand on Cassios’ behalf. Still seeking a multi-million dollar salary, Cassios is grabbing Howard King back and grasping at straws with this frivolous allegation.”
