Paige DeSorbo is closed off.
The podcaster admitted to being “exclusive” with sports executive Joe D’Amelio after they were first linked over a year ago.
“I’m in my 30s, so I’m not going out every weekend and going on multiple dates like I was in my 20s,” DeSorbo, 33, told Us Weekly on Thursday at the Actors Rising Presents presented by Actor Awards and ELLE.
The “Summer House” alum described her relationship with D’Amelio, who is senior vice president of soccer marketing at Klutch Sports Group, the sports agency founded by Adele’s fiancé Rich Paul, as “really fun” and “very relaxing.”
“I feel like they have a reputation for not being quiet,” she teased about her newlyweds’ Italian heritage. “But they’re quiet, and I appreciate that.”
“They know when to talk and when not to talk, and I like that,” DeSorbo continued. “It’s important. It’s important for men to know when to close.”
Unlike her relationship with fellow “Southern Charm” star Craig Conover, DeSorbo feels dating someone out of the spotlight is a breath of fresh air.
“It was a very balancing act,” DeSorbo confessed. “I feel like when I was on reality TV. I started when I was 25, and I feel like that was my 20s. Obviously, I make my own decisions1772252044so it’s nice to be able to decide what to share and what not to share[about personal things].”
The former Bravo star was first linked to D’Amelio in January 2025 when they were spotted in the VIP box at a Philadelphia Eagles game.
In April, she admitted on an episode of “Watch What Happens Live” that she was “definitely dating people and having a great time,” but wasn’t involved in anything “serious.”
She also predicted at the time that “next time it would be with an Italian” and that she did not intend to be “the interesting one” in this relationship.
By June 2025, seven months after breaking up with Conover, Dumoi shared a photo of her holding hands with D’Amelio on the Italian island of Capri. A source told the magazine that the two were “very close.”
At the time, a source told Us Weekly that DeSorbo and D’Amelio had been dating “for a while” and that their romance was “going really well.”
“It took Paige a few months to get into another relationship again, but she has moved on with Craig and is really happy,” the source explained.
The podcast co-host announced her split from Conover, 37, in November 2024 after three years of dating.
“No one did anything. It wasn’t a bad thing,” she said at the time on the “Giggle Team” podcast with Hannah Berner.
“I think we’ve both been really mature and said what we want and what we don’t want. I think it’s a really powerful thing to be able to voice how you feel and what you want for the future in real time.”
“I have great love and respect for Craig,” DeSorbo continued. “I think he’s one of the best people I’ve ever met in my life. I’ll always be his biggest fan and want the best for him. He’s the best, so he really will get the best. But that being said, I think it’s the right decision for both of us.”
Unlike DeSorbo, Conover has remained single since their breakup, despite a brief relationship with Natalie Buffett.
