Crispin Glover is accused in a bombshell lawsuit of keeping an alleged ex-girlfriend captive in his home as a “sex slave.”
According to court documents obtained by Page Six, the ex-girlfriend, known as Jane Doe, claimed in 2024 that she was “held captive” by the “Back to the Future” actor and “used for sex acts and unpaid labor under false pretenses.”
“Mr. Glover first seduced and manipulated Jane Doe into giving up her home and belongings in the United Kingdom in order to take a job as an assistant in the entertainment industry,” the complaint states.
Mr. Glover allegedly “promised” Mr. Doe a place to live and a job if he immigrated from the UK and worked as an assistant in Los Angeles in 2024.
“However, when Ms. Doe took the bait and turned herself in and moved to Los Angeles, she found herself in a disturbing situation where Mr. Glover controlled her movements, tracked her whereabouts, and essentially wanted her to serve him as his live-in girlfriend and sex slave,” the document added.
The complaint alleges that Mr. Glover, 61, “unlawfully evicted” the woman after Ms. Doe “made it clear that she had no intention of simply complying with Mr. Glover’s increasingly bizarre and inappropriate demands.”
Doe alleges in court documents that Glover assaulted her when she tried to re-enter the house to retrieve her belongings and her cat.
The woman claimed that the “Alice in Wonderland” star “attacked her, grabbed her by the neck and strangled her in a headlock, leaving visible wounds and scars on her neck.”
Doe also alleges in the document that when Glover tried to exercise her rights, he “filed a false police report and filed a fraudulent restraining order against her.”
“Even after beating her and filing false legal charges against her, Mr. Glover continued to harass and sexually pursue Jane Doe,” the complaint states.
Mr Glover’s representatives denied the “baseless” allegations “in the strongest possible terms”.
“In reality, on March 2, 2024, Mr. Glover was the victim of an unprovoked felony assault by Jane Doe at his home in Los Angeles. Mr. Glover called the Los Angeles Police Department, who arrived at the scene, investigated, and arrested Jane Doe,” a representative told TMZ in a statement Wednesday.
“These facts are documented in law enforcement records and in the restraining order Mr. Glover filed against Jane Doe at the time,” they added.
The attorney added: “Mr. Glover intends to vigorously defend himself and seek all relief. We are confident that the judicial process will reveal this lawsuit to be a meritless fabrication.”
Doe is requesting a jury trial to determine special and general damages. She is asking that her attorney’s fees be covered as well.
Page Six reached out to Glover’s representatives, but did not immediately receive a response.
