The actress was photographed bundled up in Los Angeles.
The “Frankenstein” star wore a black coat, jeans, sneakers and kept a low profile with black sunglasses.
The 32-year-old woman appeared to have her head down as she approached the car and was carrying a pink backpack.
Notably, she and LaBeouf are parents to a 3-year-old daughter named Isabelle.
When Goss made another outing with an unidentified man on Tuesday, she was wearing a sweatshirt, yoga pants, a scarf and a red baseball cap.
