Page Six has learned that the rap mogul made a paid appearance at a Miami club in 2023, but the club made him pay his $100,000 dues in cash. . . He joined the company named after his mother, Janice Combs, who was 84 at the time.
The Bad Boy mogul appeared at M2 Nightclub on May 4 of that year for Race Week’s “kick-off party” as part of the festivities surrounding the Miami round of the Formula 1 Auto Racing Championship.
On May 1, the organizers agreed to pay an appearance fee of “US$100,000” in two installments, with “all payments to be made…in cash according to written instructions.”
Meanwhile, the contract was signed with “Janice Combs Music Holdings Inc.”
The “I’ll Be Missing You” singer’s home was raided by the FBI less than a year ago in March 2024, and at the time he was facing a number of civil lawsuits seeking large sums of money in damages.
Needless to say, he soon found himself on the stand in one of the most highly publicized celebrity trials in history.
In September 2024, Diddy was indicted in federal court on charges including racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking, and transportation to engage in prostitution.
In July 2025, a jury acquitted him of the first two charges, but found him guilty of two counts of transportation for the purpose of prostitution.
He was sentenced to four years and two months in prison, fined $500,000 and sentenced to five years of supervised release.
Diddy is currently serving his sentence in Fort Dix, New Jersey, and has settled several of the civil lawsuits against him, including one brought by his ex, Kathy Ventura, for $20 million.
Representatives for Diddy did not respond to requests for comment.
