Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann have signed a temporary custody agreement as their custody battle continues.
According to documents obtained by TMZ, the couple met in a mediation session last week to iron out preliminary details.
The terms of the agreement are unclear, but both parties are shown to have signed it.
The two have been breaking up for more than two years, but this discussion may bring them one step closer to finalizing their divorce.
Representatives for Zolciak and Biermann did not immediately respond to Page Six for comment.
The on-again, off-again couple married in November 2011 and announced their divorce 12 years later.
Zolciak and Biermann have six children: Brielle, 28, Arianna, 23, Kroy Jagger “KJ”, 13, Kash Cade, 12, and twins Kaia and Kane, 11. The athlete legally adopted Brielle and Ariana in July 2013.
Since the “Real Housewives of Atlanta” alum filed for divorce in May 2023, the exes have made shocking accusations against each other and each has suffered financial hardships.
Zolciak, 47, publicly accused her ex-husband of being an incompetent father during an appearance on Kristin Cavallari’s “Let’s Be Honest” podcast in June 2025, saying he hasn’t financially supported their children or paid their bills in “years.”
The former linebacker, 40, filed for sole custody of the children in August 2025, even though Zolciak claimed he was the children’s primary breadwinner.
In a filing obtained by Us Weekly, Biermann accused the reality star of subjecting her children to “emotional and psychological abuse” and constantly leaving them alone without “proper parental guidance.”
Prior to the recent meeting, the ex-counsel had two children at all times and a one-week work, one-week off schedule under the custody arrangement they reached after they were forced to leave their Georgia mansion seized by federal marshals in April.
However, the former NFL star argued that the “split/joint custody arrangement is not in the best interests of the children,” as there is a “significant lack of structure and accountability” in Zolciak’s home.
Since their split, the KAB Cosmetics founder has been in a relationship with entrepreneur Kyle Mowitz, who is also currently embroiled in a divorce scandal.
The two first tied the knot in March 2025.
But Bierman reportedly tried to burst their love bubble when he contacted Mowitz’s estranged wife, Jillian Greene, and warned her that Zolciak would “financially…siphon money from Kyle.”
