Lily Allen and David Harbor are forced to sell their luxurious New York home at a loss amid their breakup.
The home, located in the Carroll Gardens neighborhood of Brooklyn, New York, was originally listed for sale in October for $7.9 million and has now found a buyer for $7.3 million, according to Carl Gambino Real Estate’s Instagram page.
The brownstone home features interior design by AD100 designer Billy Cotton and MADE architect Ben Bischoff, according to listing information. The living room area has a pea green tray ceiling and crown molding, a coordinating fireplace, and intricate multicolored floral wallpaper, flanked by a green velvet sofa and a bejeweled chandelier with black lampshades.
The kitchen area has a more understated charm with cream tiles and cabinetry and simple gingham cushioned chairs. This home also has a backyard area and several other unique design choices.
PEOPLE reached out to the couple’s former real estate agent for more information about the sale.
The striking Victorian-style townhouse boasts a bright, maximalist patterned interior and garnered a lot of attention online when it was featured in Architectural Digest in 2023.
The sale comes after Haber, 49, and Allen, 39, separated after four years of marriage, multiple sources confirmed to PEOPLE in February 2025.
“Her marriage is falling apart and they have broken up,” a source exclusively told PEOPLE at the time.
Allen, who met Harbour on the celebrity dating app Raya and married in 2020, hinted at her recent “difficult times” on the December 16, 2024 episode of the BBC’s Miss Me? podcast. With co-host Mikita Oliver.
Allen did not give details about the cause of her troubles, but said stress was affecting her mental health and making it difficult for her to eat.
The couple married in Las Vegas in 2020 in a ceremony officiated by an Elvis Presley impersonator. Allen’s daughter Marnie Rose, 12, and her ex-husband Sam Cooper’s daughter Ethel Mary, 13, were also in attendance.

The house served as its own character when it served as the inspiration for Allen’s 2025 album West End Girl. The album features poignant and vulnerable lyrics that seem to hint at a breakup with the Stranger Things actor.
However, the London-born musician said that some of the songs were written “to suit the characters” and that the lyrics “could be considered autofiction (a genre that combines autobiography and fiction)” in an October 21, 2025 interview with Perfect Magazine.
“I’ve been trying to document my life in a new city and the events that led me to where I am now,” she said in a press release promoting the album. “At the same time, this record is a mixture of fact and fiction, as we used common experiences as the basis for songs that try to dig into why we humans act the way we do.”
