Jamie King is divorcing her second husband, Austin Sosa.
The banker filed for divorce from the Hart of Dixie alum, 46, on Thursday, Jan. 22, according to court documents obtained by PEOPLE. TMZ was first to report the news.
PEOPLE has reached out to Dr. King’s representatives for comment.
It remains unclear when Sosa and King married.
PEOPLE previously reported that the two got engaged in July 2025. A representative for King later confirmed the news to PEOPLE, saying that King is “grateful” for his fans’ support.
“King was especially happy to share this moment with his children, who have such a loving bond with Austin and his family,” a representative for King said at the time. “As always, her sons are her top priority and she kindly requests privacy as we move forward together with love and gratitude.”
“She is very close to his family and even lived with his parents after moving out of their Los Angeles apartment earlier this year,” a source told PEOPLE in July 2025.
King is the mother of sons Leo, 10, and James, 12, with ex-husband Kyle Newman.
In September, she briefly mentioned the engagement on an episode of Juicy Scoop with Heather McDonald, saying that she and Sosa “met through mutual friends.”

King and Newman, 47, married in 2007. King filed for divorce from Newman in May 2020, and the divorce was finalized in September 2023.
Mr. Newman was granted sole physical custody of his sons in March 2025. According to court documents obtained by PEOPLE, the judge ordered that while Newman and King will share legal custody of their son, Newman will be given equal legal custody rights and will have sole physical custody of the children.
