Cruz Beckham is slowly dipping into family drama with cryptic social media posts.
The 20-year-old musician raised eyebrows in his latest Instagram Story, which he shared on Thursday, January 22, days after his brother Brooklyn Beckham made a bombshell about their parents, Victoria Beckham and David Beckham, on Monday.
In his first post, Cruz shared a snapshot of himself holding a can of Guarana Antarctica, a popular Brazilian soft drink made from Amazonian guarana berries. While the drink itself didn’t seem to have much significance to the story, his song choice to support the post was.

Victoria, 51, released her song “I’m Not That An Innocent Girl” in 2001, and Cruise paired it with a photo.
Although there was no added context to the post and no clear reason as to why he chose to use the song, fans of the singer are convinced it is part of a social media-driven campaign to skyrocket the song to number one on the charts. (Victoria is the only Spice Girl without a solo No. 1 single).
The song choice may also be a reference to the long-rumored feud between Victoria and Brooklyn’s wife Nicola Peltz-Beckham, 31, which began over their wedding dress and then escalated, including an alleged “hijacked” first dance at their April 2022 wedding, according to a recent claim on Brooklyn’s Instagram.

A second post that Cruz shared to his Instagram Stories featured a photo of a white piece of paper with the words “The loneliest boy” written on it, above additional text that read “Verse 1.”
As with the previous article, Mr. Cruz did not add any context to his post. However, the photo could be a reference to Brooklyn’s estrangement from her family.
Brooklyn, 26, wrote on Monday: “I don’t want to reconcile with my family. I’m not being controlled. I’m standing up for myself for the first time in my life.”

Cruz’s post also comes after months of tension within the extended Beckham family, including claims that he has been blocked on social media and the Peltz-Beckham family being conspicuously absent from family holidays and events.
However, this wasn’t the first time Cruz has made mysterious moves online. He recently liked an Instagram reel that poked fun at Brooklyn’s claims that her mother ruined Brooklyn and Nicola’s first wedding dance and “humiliated” Brooklyn in the process.
An Instagram reel shared by Olly Hume showed the comedian, to whom Mr Cruise gave his heart, pretending to be a DJ at Brooklyn and Nicola’s wedding, where the incident took place.

“And now it’s the song the groom’s mother requested for her son’s first dance,” Hume said in the video, still in character.
Ginuwine’s song “Pony” has become synonymous with strip clubs since its release in 1996, and saw a huge resurgence in popularity after being used in 2012’s Magic Mike and played on Instagram Reels.
“Interesting move, Victoria #Beckham #BeckhamWedding #News #Jokes #Funny #Comedy,” the comedian captioned the post, which was shared on Tuesday, January 20.
