Stefon Diggs’ ex-girlfriend Eileen Lopera has dropped her paternity and child support case against him.
The Instagram model filed for dismissal of the lawsuit against the NFL star on January 20, Page Six has confirmed.
This update comes after Lopera’s attorney claimed that a paternity test proved that Diggs, who is currently dating Cardi B, is the father of Lopera and Lopera’s daughter Charlie Harper Diggs-Lopella.
“The matter has been resolved,” Lopera’s lawyer Tamar Alminak told Us Weekly, which first reported the news.
In December 2024, while pregnant, Lopera filed a paternity lawsuit against the 32-year-old Diggs, asking the court to award Diggs sole legal and physical custody of the child and visitation rights.
She also demanded that the Patriots wide receiver pay all of her pregnancy and childbirth expenses as well as her attorney’s fees.
Diggs responded to Lopera’s paternity lawsuit in July 2025 after Lopera gave birth to Charlie in April 2025, requesting genetic testing to prove he was the father of Lopera’s baby, saying he was “not sure” of paternity.
He demanded joint legal and physical custody and hoped to shell out the costs of the pregnancy and birth, as well as attorney fees, if Charlie was proven to be the father.
Alminak told Page Six in November that Diggs was proven to be Charlie’s father.
“Now that paternity of the child has been established and Mr. Diggs recognizes his daughter, my client hopes that he can strive to be a great parent to his child,” Alminak said in a statement.
Alminak also said at the time that Lopera’s case “will move forward unless the parties are able to resolve (the issue) themselves.”
Diggs, who has six children, gave birth to a son with Cardi B in November 2025. Last month, the 33-year-old rapper fired back at fans who criticized his relationship with Diggs.
“You can’t change things. You can’t go back in time,” she said. “I already had a baby. Do you want the baby to be my toy again?”
“You want me to leave my husband and leave your husband? What do you guys want me to do?” she continued.
