Dave Bautista may be 10 years older than Jason Momoa, but the “Aquaman” star still thinks he’ll get his ass kicked by Jason Momoa in a cage match.
“Dave would win,” Momoa said in response to a question from Page Six on Thursday night at the New York premiere of the duo’s new movie, The Wrecking Crew.
The “Game of Thrones” alum then began jokingly listing all the places the former WWE wrestler, 56, hits him.
“On the street, in the shower…anywhere,” he said. “Whether it’s in the closet or in the theater, Dave is always going to win!”
However, the film’s director Ángel Manuel Soto disagreed with Momoa’s assessment.
“I think Morena (Baccarin) will (win),” he told Page Six. “Molina is going to kick both of their butts. To me, she’s the ultimate bad guy in this movie.”
In the comedy film, which hits theaters on January 28, Momoa and Bautista play estranged half-brothers who reunite after their father’s mysterious death.
They work together to solve what happened to their father, uncovering secrets and conspiracies in the process.
Momoa attended Thursday’s screening with his girlfriend Adria Arjona.
The two first met on the set of the 2021 movie “Sweet Girl.”
In January 2024, Momoa finalized his divorce from ex-wife Lisa Bonet, and a few months later revealed that he was dating Arjona.
The two made their red carpet debut at “SNL 50: The Homecoming Concert” last year. They also attended the show’s 50th anniversary special.
