Whitney Leavitt reveals who will be supporting her on opening night of her Broadway debut.

The 32-year-old breakout star, who broke out on “Mormon Wives” and is a recent semifinalist on “Dancing with the Stars,” was recently cast as Roxie in the iconic role for a six-week run starting February 2 in Chicago. And while all eyes will naturally be on her opening night, Levitt says she expects the audience to be filled with family, friends and followers who have been by her side since the beginning of her rise to stardom. She joined TikTok in 2020.

“I wish I could meet everyone who supports me virtually, but I’m excited to meet those people and meet some of them in person, because without them I wouldn’t be here,” she told PEOPLE in an exclusive interview ahead of her debut.

But will the Mormon Wife cast members attend the sold-out show on February 2nd?

“Yes!” she shouts. “Most of them will be at the venue on opening night, so we’re looking forward to meeting them.”

Mormon Wives, which made its splashy debut on Hulu in 2024, continues to captivate viewers with its look at the inner lives of Mormon mom influencers, including their dramatic feuds and high-profile scandals. Season 3 will be released on November 13th, and filming for season 4 is well underway.

In a Nov. 26 interview on Alex Cooper’s podcast Call Her Daddy, Levitt acknowledged that he was portrayed as a “villain” character on the series, and even said he expected that to continue when he competed on DWTS last fall.

She also addressed a much-discussed moment on the Oct. 28 episode of DWTS, in which she was seen seemingly smiling and then immediately covering her mouth when it was announced that Mormon Housewives co-star Jen Affleck was voted out, further fueling rumors of a feud between the two.

“I thought we were going to get eliminated every Tuesday,” Leavitt said. “Every Tuesday was like a mental preparation.”

But “there was no excitement,” she revealed, adding that while she was relieved to make it through to the next week, she was also sad that her friend was leaving.

As he prepares for his Broadway debut, Levitt admits he’s “feeling every emotion,” including nervousness, excitement, and everything in between.

Luckily for her, she had a professional she could rely on throughout the rehearsal process. Her former DWTS dance partner, Mark Ballas, notably played Frankie Valli in Broadway’s Jersey Boys in 2017.

Levitt tells PEOPLE that Ballas shared everything from “technical things” like how to take care of his voice and body through grueling rehearsals to larger philosophical advice.

She said Barras told her to “live in the moment and just be present.” “Because that’s the most fun. If you do that, you’ll definitely perform better than just anticipating what’s next.”
