Justin Bieber has revealed that he suffered “horrible” injuries after falling off his one-wheel electric skateboard.
“My ribs hurt so bad, bro,” the “Peaches” singer told fans during a four-hour Twitch livestream on Thursday.
“That brother is hurting me a lot, brother,” he added. “I’m trying to be cool, bro. This is weird to me.”
Bieber then explained how the incident happened. “I kind of fell sideways on that unicycle and landed on my (hip),” he divulged. “So even if I sing or laugh, everything hurts.”
Bieber was rehearsing live for the 2026 Coachella music festival, and after flopping onto the couch, he said, “Hey, was this the other fall?” “It hurts to laugh and it hurts to talk,” he said, hugging his ribs.
Bieber’s representatives did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.
The ‘Sorry’ hitmaker, 31, was previously spotted suffering from a mysterious injury over the summer.
Photos obtained by Page Six in June showed the Grammy winner heading to Voda Spa in West Hollywood, Calif., wearing a knee brace with a black bandage on her left leg.
He stepped out in a bright red hoodie, teal athletic shorts and ocean blue slides, finishing off his casual look with a backwards ball cap.
The singer has also shared other personal revelations via Twitch. In October, the father-of-one, 31, opened up about a “tense” moment with wife Hailey Bieber as she gave birth to son Jack Bruce in August 2024.
The “Sorry” hitmaker said during a livestream that Hailey’s doula felt the Roadskin founder “needed to comfort” him and was “pushing[him]into a corner.”
Haley then recalled confronting her husband about his “headbutt” with the doula.
“Being a father and being there is instinctual,” he told friends and fans during the discussion.
And while she appreciates the need for doulas to “help facilitate” births, she said she feels like she needs to “be part of it.”
Hailey reportedly felt “uneasy” at that moment due to Justin’s “strong” emotions.
“She was like, ‘I need to apologize to my doula. I need you to clear the air,'” he revealed.
Justin said he had “emotions running high” and apologized to his doula, asking her not to “take away his moment as a father.”
“I have good intuition about this as well,” he shared.
