Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are supporting their longtime friend Serena Williams.
On Saturday, November 8th, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex attended the Baby2Baby Gala at the Pacific Design Center in West Hollywood. The annual fundraiser for mothers and children living in poverty has previously chosen celebrities such as Kim Kardashian, Jessica Alba and Salma Hayek Pinault, but this year’s recipient was Williams, 44.
Meghan, 44, wore a floor-length black skirt and matching top for the occasion, while Prince Harry, 41, opted for a black suit with poppies pinned to the jacket in honor of Britain’s Memorial Day.
During the event, the pair posed for photos alongside Williams, who wore floor-length Pamela Rowland dresses and wore her hair in loose waves. The tennis icon described the charity gala as an “incredible event” in an Instagram post, adding: “It was so much fun to be surrounded by so many friends and women who are truly making a difference.”

At the charity gala, Meghan was also photographed with Baby2Baby co-CEOs Kelly Sawyer Patricoff and Nora Weinstein. The two were named to Time magazine’s 100 Most Influential People list in 2024.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex then had a busy night attending a party in Beverly Hills to honor Kris Jenner, who celebrated her 70th birthday on November 5th.

While Prince Harry swapped out his tuxedo jacket for a bow tie at the James Bond-themed gala at Jeff Bezos’ mansion in Beverly Hills, the actress appeared to continue wearing the same dress.
