Heather Graham is reflecting on her relationship with the late Heath Ledger.
Graham, 55, appeared on the Monday, Oct. 13 episode of Kristin Davis’ Are You a Charlotte? Podcast. During the conversation, Davis, 60, recalled seeing Graham wearing the Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf in Los Angeles with Ledger during the filming of Sex and the City.
“Yes, I dated him,” Graham said of the Dark Knight actor. “And actually, we may have been watching[‘Sex and the City’]together and I think he really liked it…I remember us watching it and him saying, ‘I can relate to this.'”
“I mean, sometimes I try to get guys to watch it with me, and some guys like it, but other guys are like, ‘I don’t get it, that’s a show for women.'”

Afterwards, Davis joined in and shared his memories of that encounter.
“At that time, you two were a ray of light in this coffee bean,” she said. “You guys were giggling and touching each other, and I was just like, ‘Stay with me.'” It was so cute! ”
Graham said she wanted Davis to talk to her, a sentiment echoed by Davis, who added: “But I also had a protective feeling, like I didn’t want to draw attention to you because you seemed so free.”
“When we were dating, I was so in love with him. He was kind of an amazing guy,” Graham recalled, adding, “I’m proud to have dated him. Yeah, for sure. I wish he was still alive.”
Graham also revealed that he still has “cool photos” of him and the late actor, adding that he is considering making a photo album from their time together.
“They said, ‘We need your family’s permission,’ because we don’t actually know,” she told Davis. “But I do have some really nice photos of us dating.”

Graham and Ledger dated from October 2000 to June 2001. In 2023, Graham told Australia’s TODAY that their time together was very “special”.
“[Heath]has brought so much joy to my life,” she told the outlet. “He was a very soulful person. Obviously, very talented. I think he’s a magical person, and I feel lucky to have known him.”
Ledger dated Naomi Watts from 2002 to 2004. After their split, Ledger and Michelle Williams dated from 2004 to 2007. Daughter Matilda was born in 2005. The actor died of an overdose in 2008. He passed away at the age of 28.
Williams, 45, has said little about her relationship with Ledger, but she did mention him on an episode of Armchair Expert that aired in May.
“(He was) very special, very special,” Williams said. “Thankfully Matilda was there.”
