As Taylor Swift sings in her latest album’s title song, “The Life of a Showgirl,” sequins are forever.
And high shine was clearly her MO when dressing to promote the project. Over the course of Swift’s “Showgirls” press tour, we’ve seen her appear in crystal-encrusted, jewel-encrusted, and diamond-encrusted looks.
Below, see all the outfits the 14-time Grammy winner wore while discussing her new record on radio, TV, and more.
Shakespeare style
On Oct. 8’s Late Night with Seth Meyers, Swift played Ophelia, the doomed Hamlet heroine who inspired the album’s cover art and lead single, in a floral brocade bustier top and matching Wiederhoft miniskirt. (Ophelia tragically drowns in the play, surrounded by a wreath of wildflowers.)
She even seemed to be giving a nod to one of her new tracks in her jewelry choices. David Morris collar necklace and GuitaM stud earrings. Both are set with onyx. In “Opalite,” Swift sings, “I can’t sleep on an onyx night.”
Aquazzura slingback heels with showgirl-worthy scalloped details completed her look.
white diamond
Elizabeth Taylor, the magpie inspiration behind Swift’s catchiest “Showgirls” song, is sure to swoon over her jewelry on “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon” on Oct. 6.
Wearing a crystal Giuseppe di Morabito minidress, the songwriter accessorized with diamond earrings from Anita Ko, Nicole Rose and EF Collection and layered bracelets from Joseph Saidian Vintage and Forever Diamonds NY.
What’s the final touch? A.Jaffe’s diamond wedding rings quickly became a hot topic. (Just to be clear, Swift wore it on both index fingers.)
wearing gucci
For her Magic Radio appearance, Swift wore a black Cult Gaia bodysuit and knee-high Fendi boots, paired with a Gucci monogram embellished miniskirt.
A diamond necklace by Nikos Kouris finished off the look.
Orange, are you happy?
Slipping into the color palette she chose for her new album, the singer paired an orange cashmere Saint Laurent sweater with a checked ALC miniskirt.
As for jewelry, Swift paired her beloved Cartier Santos Demoiselle watch with a yellow gold love bracelet from the fine jeweler and a vintage Chanel pendant necklace.
bejeweled
She’s polished up really nicely! For an appearance on BBC Radio 1, Swift wore a crystal-encrusted David Koma bodysuit and skirt that would have been at home in her Midnight days.
that little black dress
Swift also stopped by “The Graham Norton Show” during the London leg of her promotional tour, wearing a black velvet David Koma dress with a crystal-encrusted collar and Christian Louboutin platforms.
Etho Maria diamond earrings provided the perfect finishing touch.
