Taylor Swift reveals his friendship with Ed Sheeran.
Appearing on the UK hit radio breakfast show on Friday, October 3rd, her new album, “The Life of a Showgirl, Swift, 35,” revealed her and the singer 34 of “Photos.”
“I saw (Sheeran) at the wedding of one of our best friends last weekend,” Swift said.
“When he came out with me at Wembley during the ERAS tour, we were talking about how much we loved,” she added, referring to Sheeran’s appearance at the 2024 London concert.
Swift also shared that the pair often discuss their music, especially when they “rehearse, write, or work together.”
“There’s really something like that kind of weird mind-like thing that happens between the two of us. We’ve always had it,” she explained, adding, “We’ll always do that.”
Elsewhere in the interview on a British radio show, Swift joked that she and Sheeran had nothing more to love than being asked to sing at a big event.
“We spoke with Ed Sheeran a few weeks ago and he said he is constantly asked to perform at people’s weddings, so is he singing at your wedding?” Host Fleur East asked Swift, who is working with NFL star Travis Kelse.
“Yeah, I think it’ll be hard to keep him away from that,” Swift replied. “That’s what he’s like, ‘I’m always asked to sing at weddings.’ It’s like, “Ed, if there’s a stage, I know you’re in it.” He knows what people want and wants to give people what they want. ”

“It’s a fun thing about our friendship. We both love to play, we love writing and singing. “Oh, don’t let me sing… okay!” explaining to the house band, “Shake It Off” is three chords,” she added. “But it loves what we do. We love getting up on stage. In fact, it’s not that difficult to have one of us play anything.”
She then added Sheeran’s own fiancé. “He had a great wedding… like a forest wedding, Woods wedding, like eight years ago.” Sheeran married his wife, Cherry Seaborn in 2018, and the couple became the parents of two daughters.

Sources previously only told people that both Swift and Sheeran had given speeches at Gomez’s wedding reception. The trio are all peers, and Sheeran and producer Blanco (37) have worked together on several musical projects.
“At the reception, everyone was relaxing and celebrating the night,” the insider said. “The atmosphere was very enjoyable.”
“They were shining all night and both Serena and Benny couldn’t stop smiling. There was so much love in the room,” the source added.

Swift was a close friend of Gomez as he dated Jonas’ brother in 2008. Swift was watching Joe Jonas, but Gomez was linked to Nick Jonas.
As for the diva and Sheeran from “Fate of Ophelia,” she became friends in 2012 after Sheeran served as the opening act on Swift’s Red Tour. Red also characterized the pair’s collaboration as “everything has changed.”
