Daniel Fishel has closed rumours that he has put “Dancing with the Stars with the Stars” in her place in the viral moment of now after a shocking elimination on Tuesday.
“I definitely couldn’t put her in her place,” the actress told TMZ on Thursday. “But I just went to comfort my friend.”
“It’s a roller coaster of emotions, being happy for ourselves and our friends, being sad about someone missing,” she explains, apparently defending Levitt, 32, who viewers thought Fischel was getting tough.
Lauren Jauregui was eliminated along with professional partner Brandon Armstrong after a visible shock when the name was announced on Tuesday’s “Tiktok Night” episode and fellow contestants.
Viewers saw professionals and celebrities rushing to the dance duo to comfort them after sad news, but it appears that Eagle Eyed fans have fired Levitt, celebrating 44-year-old Fishel to be safe with a smile.
The joyous smile of the “Mormon Wife’s Secret Life” star quickly disappeared from her face as Fischel drove her away and ignored her celebration, and instead began to walk along comforting Joregui and Armstrong.
Fans quickly joined social media and considered the troublesome interactions filmed on ABC cameras.
“Daniel Fishel has Whitney Leavitt in her place after attempting to celebrate Whitney’s already week,” one social media user wrote to X.
“You can’t get over Daniel’s upset after a temporary conversation with Whitney. She’s like reading the girl in the room!” Another addition.
The day after Tuesday’s intense episode and suspicions of diss for her reality star, Fischel worked on “neurite” and “dwts” elimination, revealing that she “never doubts” the singer being sent home this week.
“I love Lauren. I love watching her performances. … Her face is just a work of art, she’s expressive, elegant and fun,” and the “World Meet Boys” alumni were blown away by her “Daniel with the Stars” podcast.
“She’s everything as a person. She really enjoyed the moment she walked past each other in the hall, giving each other a hug and cheering on each other.”
The elimination of the fifth Harmony alumni was extremely harsh considering she danced to the girl group song “Work from Home.”
When asked how she felt about her “DWTS” journey coming to an end, the “X Factor” alum gave the silly av-word response of “offending.”
With their nasty moments appearing to be behind them, Fischel and Leebitt are still running to win the coveted Len Goodman Miller Ball Trophy, heading for next week’s “Disney Night” segment.
“Dancing with the Stars” airs on ABC and Disney+’s 8pm ET/PT on Tuesday, with a new episode airing on Hulu the following day.
