Private Eye, who has been turned into a former police officer, was allegedly arrested at Travis Kelse’s Kansas home while trying to serve as Taylor Swift’s deposit paper on behalf of Justin Bardoni’s lawyer.
According to Starr, Justin Lee Fisher was “accused of jumping a fence into a private residence on private property.”
The Leewood Police Department confirmed on page 6 Monday that he was arrested for trespassing in the Kerse neighborhood on September 15th, but they did not confirm his identity.
The officer was sent to a private gate neighbourhood just after 2am, and the man was allegedly arrested on misdemeanor charges of trespassing.
He was released after posting Bond.
Fisher, scheduled for Oct. 15 at Leewood City Court, told Starr he was not injured “in addition to being arrested for losing my (private eye) license for doing my job.”
Reps for Fisher, Swift, Kels and Bardoni responded to requests for comment.
Two days before his arrest, the judge oversaw Bardoni’s ongoing legal battle with Blake Lively, denying requests that an extension from the actor’s legal team take Swift.
“The only justification they provided for the extension is their claim that Swift’s existing professional obligations prevent her from appearing for deposits before October 20, 2025,” Judge Lewis Liman wrote in a court decision obtained by CNN.
“In this case, the discovery has been underway for about six months,” the judge continued. “They are not providing evidence that they provided new subpoena in Swift…the requested expansion was denied because they were unable to demonstrate proper diligence.”
According to court documents filed by Baldoni’s attorneys and obtained up to six pages earlier this month, Swift was set to give evidence in Baldoni’s ongoing legal battle against Lively.
The document allegedly said the singer “consented” to abdicate as long as the judge extended the deadline for her testimony to be made.
However, Swift’s lawyers denied that she had agreed to abdicate so far.
“My client did not agree to the deposit,” they said in a letter to Judge Liman. “However, if she was forced to deposit, we recommended (after we first heard about the deposition just three days ago) that her schedule should be accommodated in the week of October 20th.”

Lively sues Bardoni, who allegedly sexually harassed her on the set “It’ll end with us.” She is also suing his spokesperson who allegedly coordinated a subsequent smear campaign against her.
Deniing the allegations, Bardoni rebutted her lively husband, Ryan Reynolds, for his honor and terror. However, his $400 million lawsuit was thrown out in June.
