Kim Kardashian is 44 years old for an hour and a half each day.
The reality star detailed her exercise routine, consisting mainly of strength training.
“I’m a big weightlifter, so I do a lot of weights,” she told Vogue in a new interview released Monday. “I had some back issues so I had to readjust some of my workouts, but I have to do my lower body to maintain the tone. I do my upper body for a few days.”
Kardashian said she usually chooses body parts to focus on it that day.
“I have an hour and a half of weights, stretches and a little cardio,” she shared. “I love Pilates. I can feel it on my back at least once a week when I’m not taking Pilates.”
“I definitely need that extension and stretch,” she added.
The mother of four said she was exercising in the morning, but she admitted that she was easily distracted.
“I’m the kind of annoying workout guy who checks his phone and answers people while he’s training,” she said. “I’m sure it’ll really annoy my trainers.”
As for what makes her feel, she loves to work out to Justin Bieber’s music. However, she also said that no type of dance training or hot yoga is for her.
“I did it once and I fell asleep,” she said of her experience with hot yoga. “In the mood, you lie down and close your eyes. I can fall asleep anywhere, so I put me to sleep, and I will.”
Kardashian is promoting its new Nikeskims collection in a partnership with Nike, which will be unveiled on September 26th.
She shared Instagram videos of other well-known athletes working in the new collection, including Serena Williams, Shakari Richardson, Jordan Chile and Chloe Kim.
“I love exercising – that’s my treatment,” she told Vogue.
