Matthew McConaughey revealed his secret tips for a healthier marriage.
Speaking to Fox News Digital, the 55-year-old actor, who has been married to Camila Alves McConaughey for over a decade, said that king-sized bed couples should consider downsizing.
“I wake up one morning… I’m looking over there, and Camila is like a soccer field. Then you go to sleep at night.
The author of poetry and prayer added, “You have a bed of this king’s size that is not good for marriage. Remove the son of a man.”
“So we got a queen size shoulder to shoulder,” Matthew continued. “I’m telling you, that’s good for your marriage.”

The Oscar winner also emphasized the importance of prioritizing romantic connections with partners, even in their daily parenting duties.
“You have kids, so you… you spend a lot of time being their good mother and father, but you also need to make sure I can do a better job with this, “No, this is our time,” Matthew said.
“You can’t live 100% with your children as a parent,” he continued. “You need to remember that you can give your kids one of the best examples of how to treat women and men, or how they will fall in love on the line.

Matthew met Camilla, a model, entrepreneur and philanthropist, at a Los Angeles nightclub in 2006.
“She showed up and moved right across the club right in front of my eyes,” the actor previously told people about their first meeting. “It was as if she was floating around, and I didn’t say, ‘Who is that?’ I said, “What is that?” and introduced myself. ”
