Gary Beussie was sentenced to two years on probation in 2022 after pleading guilty to inappropriate touching a woman.
According to court documents obtained by Page 6, the “Buddy Holly Story” actor was fated on Thursday.
Additionally, 81-year-old Busey will need to submit a DNA sample and will not have to contact the two victims.
“He is pleased that this situation in New Jersey has brought about very negative coverage for over three years, not his own fault,” Busey’s lawyer, Blair Zwillman, told Page Six Sunday exclusively.
“He’s retired, he wants to cherish his life as an actor and move forward,” the lawyer added.
In July, the Oscar nominee pleaded guilty to one count of four criminal sexual contact to inappropriately touching a woman at the August 2022 New Jersey Horror Film Convention.
“It wasn’t a coincidence,” Busey confessed to Judge Gwendolyn Blue in a virtual court appearance at the time.
On Busey’s guilty plea, prosecutors dismissed the remaining charges against him.
Several women accused the “fatal weapon” star of inappropriate touching at the photo OPP at the annual Monster Mania Scam at the DoubleTree Hotel in Camden, New Jersey.
Two women claimed that Busey grabbed the butt section and tried to remove one of the bras.
The “Predator 2” actor initially refused to grope the two female fans, telling TMZ at the convention that “nothing happened” and that meeting the woman “had less than 10 seconds.”
Bussie claimed that the woman “created a story” about sexual assault.
