Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck are determined to find buyers for the Beverly Hills Mansion.
Two months after deleting the public list, the former couple once again listed the 38,000 square feet of property for $52 million. TMZ first reported the news.
The pair purchased the property in May 2023 for $60,850,000. The home features a sports lounge, a well-equipped gym, boxing rings and basketball and pickleball courts. Other features include 12 garages, a 5,000-square-foot guest penthouse, a caretaker’s house and a two-bedroom guardhouse.

The new asking price has been reduced considerably from Lopez (age 56) at $59,950,000 and Affleck, 53. The asking price for the 12-bedroom 24-bathroom home has been set in amount since May after initially placing the assets on the market for $68 million in July 2024.
People reported in May 2024 that the couple lived separately. Insider told people that Affleck moved his thing from that June mansion while Lopez was on his European holiday.
The two first tried to shop for real estate outside the market. This is a common practice among A-listers who want to maintain privacy in the same month.
Lopez continued to file for divorce from Affleck in August 2024, more than two years after he got married in Las Vegas in July 2022. They held a ceremony in Georgia in August 2022 in front of friends and family.
When the former couple previously removed the property from the market in July, insiders shared it with those Lopez and Affleck had together made decisions about the property.

“While they wanted to sell the property, they were hesitant to suffer another big loss,” the source told people. “They lowered the price to get more attention, and when this didn’t happen, they were encouraged to remove it from the market. It was a business decision they came together.”

Lopez bought a new home near Los Angeles in March 2025 for around $18 million, property records show. Meanwhile, Affleck bought the Brentwood home in July 2024 for $20 million.
