Machine Gun Kelly is open about a partnership with ex-fiance Megan Fox.
On Jennifer Hudson’s show on Thursday, September 18th, the 35-year-old MGK was asked about the meaning of her daughter’s name. The musician and Fox, 39, welcomed their daughter, Saga Blade in March.
“My ancestors and my family are Norwegian and I have a Norwegian goddess named Saga. It means “an epic tale,” the “cliche” singer said.
He said, detailing how he and Fox chose her name.
The singer continued to praise Fox’s parenting, calling her “someone who is her biggest partner” and “she is “a such a phenomenal mom” and “the best person who has had children.”
“We go back and forth between who she looks like. Last month she looks like me and now she looks like her. Kelly confessed.
Kelly also shares with her ex-girlfriend Emma Cannon, the daughter of her 16-year-old daughter. Casie recently took her father to the Daily Front Row Fashion Media Awards, held in collaboration with Casamigos in New York City on September 12th, with Kelly winning the Style Icon Award.

The father’s daughter duo recently celebrated another milestone together. Cathy got her first car.
On Thursday’s episode, 44-year-old Hudson performed a video clip that Casie was excited and pleased after her father made a big reveal.
“Can you tell me a funny story about that? Well, I don’t have my license and she doesn’t have her license yet, so she sits in the driveway of the car and listens to music every day,” Kelly said.

When asked if the new car would encourage the father-daughter duo to get a license, MGK said, “She gets it first. I think I was kicked out of the game.
He then revealed that Casie is still in the process of becoming an officially licensed driver. “Let’s take the show to the DMV,” he joked.
MGK recently announced his global The Lost Americana tour. It is scheduled to kick off in Los Angeles on October 1st, and will stop in Europe, Australia and New Zealand before closing in July 1st, 2026 at Ridgefield, Washington.
