Guillermo Del Toro’s “Frankenstein” is set to close the event by James Vanderbilt’s “Nuremberg” and open the Santa Fe Film Festival (SFIFF).
The festival will be held in Santa Fe, New Mexico from October 15th to 20th.
This year’s spotlight choice is Joachim Trier’s “Sentimental Values,” starring Renate Reigns, Stellan Skarsgard and Elle Fanning. This will be the centerpiece selection for the “Stolen This Story!” festival of Karl Diel and Tia Lessons.
He will also star in Bradley Cooper’s “This Thing On?”, Luca Guadagnino’s “After the Hunt,” and Julia Roberts and Ayo Edebiri and Paolo Sorrentino’s “La Grazia.” Richard Linklater’s two features, Blue Moon and Nouvelle Vague, will be screened at this year’s event.
Other films include George Clooney and Adam Sandler, Near Dacosta’s “Headda,” Noah Bambach’s “Jay Kelly,” starring Jaffer Panahhi, and Jaffer Panahhi. This outstanding choice concludes with Clever Mendonza Fillo’s “Secret Agent” and Clint Bentley’s “Train Dream.”
Other films selected include “Arco” by Ugo Biennu, “Belén” by Dolores Fonzi, “The Bend in the River” by Bi Gan, “Resurrection” by Lav Diaz’s Magellan”, “Kontinental ’25” by Radu Jude, “Miroirs no” by Christian Petzold’s day, “Sir”, “Two Protectors” by Sergei, and “Leave Love” by Flynl Palson.
At the festival, Anora Davis Jr.’s “The Shadow of Father”, Hasan Hadi’s “President’s Cake”, Hikari’s “Rental Family”, Max Walker Silverman’s “Reconstruction, Masca Silinsky’s “Fall of Fall”, Rulepeck’s “Owell: 2+2 = 5”, “Park Chan Wooking” and “Joinan” surreal: behind the mask. ”
