The upcoming “Yellowstone” spinoff centering on Beth and Rip will add four new series regulars, Variety has exclusively learned.
Natalie Alyn Lind, Marc Menchaza, Juan Pablo Raba, and JR Villarreal are all participating in the series, currently titled “Dutton Ranch.” As previously reported, Kelly Reilly and Cole Hauser will reprise their roles as Beth and Rip, while Finn Little will also return as Carter. Jai Courtney also stars alongside Ed Harris and Annette Bening.
The official logline for the series reads, “Beth Dutton (Reilly) and Rip Wheeler (Hauser) are grateful for the peace they sought, fought for, and nearly died for on the 7,000-acre Dutton Ranch. In tough times and fierce competition, Beth and Rip do what it takes to survive while ensuring Carter (Little) becomes the person he was meant to be.”
Menchaca will play Zakaria, who is described as “a newly released prisoner trying to rebuild his life as a wrangler and cowboy.” Lind’s character, Oleanna, is described as “a striking young woman with a wild and free spirit.” Villarreal will face off against Azul, a “whip cord user and Rip’s right-hand man.” And finally, Rava will play Joaquin, a “big ranch worker who solves problems big and small.”
