Wuthering Heights remained at number one at the UK and Ireland box office in its second weekend, taking in £3.8 million ($5.3 million), bringing its total box office gross to £16.2 million ($22.1 million), according to Warner Bros. ComScore.
GOAT remained in second place with $3.8 million for a total of $14.3 million. Meanwhile, “Crime 101” took third place and earned $1 million for a total of $4 million. Both titles are distributed by Sony.
Disney’s long-running film “Zootopia 2” came in fourth place with $926,000, increasing its total to $48.6 million in its first 13 weeks.
The highest-paid new entry was the movie The Secret Agent, which debuted in fifth place with $566,000. Close behind, Studiocanal’s “Cold Storage” opened in sixth place with $544,000.
Further down the list, Disney’s “Send Help” rose to No. 7 in its third weekend, adding $465,000 for a total of $5.3 million. Lionsgate’s “The Wasteman” came in eighth place with $450,000, followed by Universal’s “The Moment” in ninth place with $441,000.
Entertainment Film Distributors’ “Good Luck, Have Fun, Don’t Die” rounded out the top 10 with $379,000.
Looking to the future, it’s clear that Paramount’s “Scream 7” will be the commercial engine for the next frame. Directed by Kevin Williamson and headlined by Neve Campbell and Courteney Cox with a new ensemble, the latest installment in the long-running horror series is set to inject new momentum into the market.
Event cinema continues to attract attention. The National Theater continues its stage-to-screen production with Audience – NT Live 2026, while Trafalgar Releasing brings concert film Twenty One Pilots: More Than We Ever Imagine to cinemas. Universal is also rolling out Baz Luhrmann’s EPiC: Elvis Presley in Concert to more than 300 sites.
Altitude Film Distribution will release Cannes Film Festival winner Silat, and Disney will release Ang Lee’s Testament starring Amanda Seyfried. Tull Stories will debut “The Spin” and Munro Film Services platform will debut “La Boheme.” Anime Ltd. adds “All You Need Is Kill” and Cosmic Cat launches documentary feature “Molly vs The Machines.”
