Vittoria Ceretti could be the key to ending Leonardo DiCaprio’s eternal celibacy.
“This relationship with Vittoria feels different and more serious,” a source told People magazine on Tuesday after the pair attended the 2026 Oscars ceremony.
“He truly cares for her. They may not be ready to get married just yet, but Leo is opening up to a serious future for the first time.”
Ceretti, 27, also told DiCaprio, 51, that she “has her own life” and is “very independent,” which is important when the actor is away filming or “has long days on set,” the source added.
Friends of the “Titanic” star also point out that he is “much more openly affectionate” towards the model than he is with any of his other girlfriends.
A representative for the actor could not be reached for comment to Page Six.
The couple, who first became lovers in August 2023, proved they’re serious when they attended the 2026 Oscars on Sunday night.
Ceretti and DiCaprio avoided posing together on the red carpet, but posed for photos inside the venue.
They were shown on the big screen during the opening monologue, in which host Conan O’Brien joked that the “Inception” star was “the king of memes.”
O’Brien asked DiCaprio to make a meme of “how you feel when you don’t agree with this” for the camera.
Immediately, the “Wolf on Wall Street” star made funny faces and Ceretti laughed next to him.
DiCaprio was nominated for Best Actor for his role as Bob Ferguson in Paul Thomas Anderson’s One Battle After Another.
Other nominees include Ethan Hawke for Blue Moon, Timothée Chalamet for Marty Supreme, and Michael B. Jordan for Sinners. In the end, the award went to Jordan.
In recent years, DiCaprio has only brought in a few Oscars, including models for Gisele Bündchen in 2005 and Camila Morrone in 2020.
DiCaprio, on the other hand, tends to keep a low profile when it comes to his love life, but he has often been spotted showing affection for Ceretti, even taking her as his date to Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sanchez’s wedding in Venice, Italy, last summer.
The “Departed” star has a history of romantic relationships with much younger women, including Nina Agdal, who was 25 at the time and split from DiCaprio in 2017 after a year of dating.
He also dated Morrone for four years, breaking up in 2022 when Morrone turned 25. After that, he briefly became friends with Gigi Hadid, who is now 30 years old, for a year in 2022.
