Khloe Kardashian admitted to slapping her boyfriend Tristan Thompson multiple times, but refused to admit to his infidelity.
Instead, the “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” star, 41, slapped her then-partner over the romantic gesture, telling listeners of her “Chloe in Wonderland” podcast on Wednesday that Thompson, 34, asked singer Giveon to serenade her.
“I guess it was just a random day because I wasn’t expecting it,” the Hulu personality recalled of the “frustrating” moment, adding that Giveon, 30, “wasn’t the man he is now.”
Kardashian continued, “I remember hating Tristan. I was like, ‘Why would he do this?'” And Giveon is pouring out his heart.
“Tristan is trying to sit next to me and I’m about to slap him and poor Giveon is still singing,” the Good American co-creator said.
She was “so frustrated” and “needed to get away” from Thompson that she “went inside the house to get True.”
Kardashian didn’t reveal exactly when the incident happened, but clarified, “This was years ago.[My son]Tatum wasn’t born. Yeah, it was just[my daughter]being born, that’s true.”
Notably, the former couple dated on and off from 2016 to 2021, and welcomed children in 2018 and 2022, the year of multiple cheating scandals.
Kardashian has repeatedly denied rumors of a reunion since announcing she was permanently ending her relationship with the NBA player.
In December 2025, the Keeping Up With the Kardashians alum was warned by an Instagram follower that athletes “never change.”
Kardashian responded, “He is the father of my children and will forever be a part of our family. But thank you 😉 Trust me, my children will forever and always come first.”
The reality stars continued to amicably co-parent despite Thompson’s betrayal and presented a united front when True, 7, and Tatum, 3, started school in September 2025.
In addition, the former lovers reunited for children’s birthday parties over the years.
Last year, Kardashian told viewers of her family show that her eldest daughter believes her parents are married.
She defended this decision in a March 2025 episode, explaining that “kids shouldn’t be involved in adult issues.”
