Meghan Markle and Prince Harry attended two major events in Los Angeles on Saturday night. The Baby 2 Baby Gala and Kris Jenner’s 70th birthday party at Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sanchez Bezos’ home in Beverly Hills. Kris Jenner and Kim Kardashian appeared briefly in a photo from the party that they shared on Instagram.
Fans noticed that shots of Duchess Meghan and Prince Harry were later removed from those posts. People now know why: it was revealed in the media that Meghan Markle and Prince Harry did not consent to their photos being shared from the party. According to the report, the couple checked “no” on the photo consent form.
TMZ also obtained information about the photo deletions, revealing that the photos of Duchess Meghan and Prince Harry weren’t the only ones removed from the merry-go-round. TMZ noted that the event coincided with Remembrance Sunday in the UK, and wrote, “We’re hearing that some thought it might be better to remove the image rather than push something across the pond that could be picked up and misunderstood.”

Duchess Meghan and Prince Harry were photographed by paparazzi arriving at Jenner’s party, and a source told People magazine: “They arrived hand in hand and looked very happy.” Meghan was seen wearing a black wrap-style jacket that showed one leg. She looked radiant in her dress. She was very glamorous and fit the (James Bond) theme. Prince Harry looked sharp in a poppy-covered tuxedo for Memorial Day.”

Meghan last posted on Instagram on Veterans Day, sharing footage of Prince Harry being interviewed while serving in the British Army. A call came from the mission and he abruptly left the discussion to join his unit.

This will be the first major Kardashian-Jenner event that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex will attend in public.
