Ben Affleck’s ex-wives, Jennifer Garner and Jennifer Lopez, did not pose together at the 2026 Golden Globe Awards, even though there was “no drama” between them.
The actresses are “friendly with each other,” a source told the Daily Mail. “They get along well, are cool with each other, and have no problems.”
The source added: “They don’t want to make headlines by posing together at the awards ceremony. It would be awkward. It would be hard for the kids, so they don’t want to make a fuss.”
The Selena star, who shares 17-year-old twins Max and Emme with Marc Anthony, and the 13 Going on 30 actress, who is raising children Violet, 20, Seraphina, 17, and Samuel, 13, with Affleck, says Emme and Seraphina are particularly close and see each other “frequently,” the source said.
“Despite Lopez’s divorce from Ben, I’m sure they see each other about once a week for the kids, talk on the phone and co-parent in a way,” a source told the Daily Mail.
Lopez, 56, has been spotted out and about several times since her separation from Affleck and Garner’s son Samuel and eldest daughter Violet.
“They are like a big modern family, which is great. They are all in good care and understand the importance of getting along for the sake of their children,” the source claimed.
“And Garner is so cool about everything. She’s a no-drama woman, so nothing weird could have happened. She seems like the nicest person in Hollywood.”
Page Six reached out to representatives for Garner and Lopez for comment, but did not immediately receive a response.
Affleck and the Elektra star, both 53, were married from 2005 to 2018. Garner has been dating John Miller on and off since 2018. Meanwhile, The Accountant star and Lopez were married from 2022 to 2025. The divorce was finalized in January 2025.
Despite each split, they remained a happily integrated family.
Last month, the pop star was spotted holiday shopping with Affleck and his son Samuel at Brentwood Country Mart in Los Angeles.
Although the exes arrived separately, a source told People that the Gigli co-stars “seemed to be in good spirits.”
