Camila Mendes has been dating Rudy Mancuso for three years. The two announced their romance in November 2022 and have been dating since then. It was announced that they were engaged in October 2025.
A representative confirmed the engagement to People on Friday, October 24th.
“She was going to her producing partner Rachel Matthews’ birthday party, but it turned out to be a surprise engagement party,” a source told the magazine. “Rudy proposed to her in front of his family and friends.”
The pair then reportedly continued their celebrations by heading to Glen Powell’s birthday party at the Chateau Marmont.
The Riverdale actress dated co-star Charles Melton on and off from 2018 to 2022. Mancuso’s last long-term relationship was with actress Maia Mitchell. They dated for a total of six years before breaking up in early 2022.

Mancuso started on Vine in 2013 and joined the YouTube community in 2016. He is best known for his comedy skits and for voicing several characters on his YouTube series “Awkward Puppets.”
Mancuso is a self-taught musician who learned how to play the piano from an early age. “My parents told me that when I was about 5 years old, I walked up to the piano and started playing. I think that made sense to me,” he told Billboard.

On November 8, 2022, Mendes posted on Instagram two photos of Mancuso sneaking onto a merry-go-round. The following year, Mendes released two black and white photos of him kissing her on the cheek. She wrote him a note in the caption that read:

The couple attended a screening of “Música” in Miami on March 27th.
At the special screening, the Riverdale star wore a sleeveless white dress and brown pumps, with her hair pulled back from her face. Beside her was Mancuso, wearing a pink button-up shirt over a white T-shirt and black pants.
He told Entertainment Weekly: “I met Cami on this movie and, of course, it was a dream come true. She ticked all the boxes for me for this character.”
“She’s Brazilian-American, she’s beautiful, she’s extremely talented, and she really connected and brought personality to the character of Isabella, which was great because during filming, the characters didn’t have a real-life relationship with her and I. “They were having conversations similar to the ones they had on the show, so the lines between Rudy and Isabella and Rudy and Camila were often blurred. The connection between Rudy and Isabella was reflected in real life.”
He also started talking about his girlfriend.
“Cami is a very skilled, trained actor and has been doing this work for years, so I was concerned, ‘Will there be chemistry? If not, am I a good enough actor to make up for the lack of chemistry?'” he asked, but found that she “was such a great collaborator.”
