Who is Cara Delevingne’s girlfriend Minke?
This musician’s real name is Leah Mason and she is from London. The singer previously performed under his original name after signing with a Nashville label, primarily playing blues. However, she lost inspiration and decided to reinvent herself.
In a 2019 interview with LadyGunn, Minke said that the genre didn’t suit her and that she always sang about “being in a bar in Nashville” or “an old man at a crossroads.”
“I started to feel like I was pretending,” Minke said. “I remember there was a group of older bikers at my show once, and I remember thinking, ‘This isn’t what I’m supposed to be doing. This isn’t my main purpose.’
Since changing his sound, Minke has garnered millions of streams on Spotify, most notably for his hit song “Gold Angel.”
“That’s where Minke came from,” Minke told The Lines of Best Fit. “I started building this project in my head while doing the blues, and it grew from there. I wanted to incorporate the blues roots, because that’s in my DNA, and I wanted to stay true to my experience. So[Minke]incorporated blues guitar riffs, and in between, modern production and pop stuff.”

The two have actually known each other for decades, having met at boarding school 20 years ago. They met again at a party in early 2022 and started dating soon after. In an interview with ELLE UK, Delevingne said that Mason is very supportive of her sobriety.
“My girlfriend is absolutely amazing and has introduced me to so many things and people,” she explained, adding that “2023 has been the best year ever” thanks to Mason.
“With my girlfriend, in this relationship, so many things were happening at once and I was so happy and comfortable with who I am,” Delevingne explained.

In January 2022, the model and actress was spotted sharing a kiss with Sienna Miller at Temple Bar in New York City.
