By June, the man was revealed to be Mike Wright, and they both became red carpet and Instagram official. Lizzo shared a series of photos of them together at an event for Amazon Prime Video’s reality series “Lizzo’s Watch Out for the Big Grrrls.”
She later stated in December of the same year that she and Wright were serious and likely to marry. More than two years later, Wright and Lizzo are still together, and in May 2025, Wright spoke fondly of their “BookTok dream” romance.
