She added, “We have three daughters, so a quick long weekend trip from Iceland to New York was easy. But do we really want to wait until 2 a.m. for our kids to wake up from Iceland to Los Angeles? FaceTime is great, but it just felt like too far away.”
Morten previously revealed to ELLE that she moved to Iceland just before the pandemic, describing it as a place where she found happiness and distanced herself from the pressures of the industry. “I feel like Iceland is a safe place for me. We’re a small island. We have a lot of volcanoes. I wouldn’t want to come here,” he told the magazine in May 2024.
