On January 1, 2026, a source told People magazine that the couple married on New Year’s Eve.

Who is Jonathan Levin?
According to his LinkedIn profile, Mr. Levin is originally from the United Kingdom and studied economics at the University of Bristol before attending Oxford University, where he earned a master’s degree in philosophy and economics. Levin then moved to New York City, where he co-founded Chainalysis, a cryptocurrency company.
Speaking to The Big Whale in February 2025, Levin said, “Crypto was discovered in 2012 when only computer scientists were researching Bitcoin, which was the main cryptocurrency at the time.”
Levin has written a number of academic studies on the subject and “why people use cryptocurrencies,” and said he believes this understanding will help the industry grow. “We want to bring more trust and transparency to the crypto market,” Levin said. He was appointed CEO of the company in December 2024.
Chainalysis is known for its focus on data tracking and efforts to secure blockchain and cryptocurrencies. Mr. Levin has also testified before the U.S. Congress on national security and blockchain technology.
how long have they been together?
The couple has not shared anything about how they met or how long they have been together. However, back in 2023, fans noticed Levin on Este’s arm at various events, where he was Este’s date for Taylor Swift’s birthday in December of the same year.
In September 2024, he joined Swift and Este in a suite at a Kansas City Chiefs game, and was also seen with a group of friends at the U.S. Open that same month.

Since announcing their engagement, Este has been posting hints about Levine on Instagram. Her first visit was on Valentine’s Day, when she shared a screenshot of herself FaceTiming him on her Instagram Story. She called him “sweetheart” and wrote, “Happy Valentine’s Day, I love you.”
She then posted about Haim’s upcoming album on March 12, writing in the caption, “I don’t think my fiance is ready to continue a relationship.”
How did Levin propose?
Este told Vogue on January 1, 2026, that Levin posed the question to her on December 22, 2024, during a hike. “I was wearing Mario Badescu acne medication, my hair was in a topknot, no makeup, and I was wearing sweats and sneakers,” she said.
He was wearing a spare ring, she recalls. “It was still a beautiful ring, but the next thing he knew, he said, ‘Will you marry me?’ I said, ‘Yes,’ and he said, ‘I need to design this ring, because it’s not final.’ I thought (that) was really, really nice. ”

A source told People magazine that the two married on December 31, 2025, while Vogue revealed that the couple had an “intimate ceremony in California.”
Esther told Vogue about her Louis Vuitton wedding dress: “I’ve been looking forward to this day since I was five years old. When I was five years old, I had a vision of myself coming down the spiral staircase. There was a scene from Cinderella, and I was probably imitating it, and I would come down in this giant ballroom dress and my fiancé,[my]husband, would be at the bottom and grab my hand.”
