The two appeared on the red carpet together at the 2026 British Academy Awards in February. Before that, they slowly introduced each other on Instagram throughout 2025, sharing travel moments, photo booths, and date nights. Neither of them mentioned their love life in the interview, choosing to keep the details on their social media feeds.

They appeared on the red carpet at the 2026 BAFTAs.
On February 22, Mr. Alcock and Mr. Powell attended the British Academy Awards in London together. They arrived in coordinated suits and posed side by side on the carpet.
The two officially opened Instagram in the summer of 2025 and regularly share photos from their travels together.
Alcock first publicly tagged Powell in June 2025. The June 11 post tagged him in a photo of the shoes, followed by another shot of Powell smiling and eating. “Each of these photos was a religious experience (apart from my own, hehe),” she wrote in the caption.
In July 2025, she posted a carousel with the caption simply “❤️❤️❤️” that also included a photo of Powell.
The following month, she wrote in another post, “Practicing the art of hanging out. Ft @_jopowell,” making the relationship explicit in the caption itself.
Mr. Powell also began sharing information about Mr. Alcock on his Instagram that summer. In June 2025, he posted a travel photo from Lisbon with the caption, “Lisbon, thank you for making it so delicious.”
He also shared images from his visit to Tuscany in July.
In October, she posted a photo of her own food paired with an image of Alcock, saying: “Me, Milly and the Moi cooks. Some of them are available at @schoolnightsltd @392kingslandroad!!”
By November, the two were appearing frequently on each other’s feeds. On Nov. 10, Powell posted a carousel with the caption “❤️🚗🍳” that included a selfie of the two of them and a photo of Alcock from what appeared to be their date night.
They haven’t shied away from PDA on Instagram.
In December 2025, the two shared a photobooth strip that included an image of them kissing.
On Dec. 1, Alcock posted a merry-go-round with the caption, “Comfortable, sexy and cute winter,” which included a strip of photos of the two kissing.
On Dec. 7, Powell posted her own merry-go-round featuring the same photo booth strip and another image of them kissing on the sidewalk, with the caption, “Oh, I ate it.” The carousel also featured a photo of Alcock trying on ballgowns.
In an end-of-year post on Dec. 26, Alcock reflected on the year, writing, “2025! 🫨🤭🥹 I know it’s lame to be doing this, but I don’t care. This year has been beyond magical. Thank you to all my friends who made it special!!! I love you all.” The carousel featured a photo of Powell wearing a T-shirt that read, “I’m your girlfriend.”
Mr. Powell runs a food project called School Nights and appears to be working as a chef.

Venues listed in association with School Nights advertise “Food – From School Nights” on their websites and outline hours for dinner service from Wednesday to Saturday. The space describes itself as “primarily a walk-in bar,” with “several spaces for dinner reservations.”
Mr. Powell’s Instagram page features a wide range of culinary content, including plated dishes and menu previews. On August 26, 2024, he wrote, “Last month with @392kingslandroad —-> Taste the last menu by the 7th 💋.”
Most recently, on January 9, 2026, the School Knights account posted a photo of Powell holding a menu with the caption, “Happy New Year 🎉Starting the year with a fresh new menu.”
They continued posting to each other well into 2026.
On January 4, 2026, Powell wrote the caption “2026 is the year to do cute things” on the merry-go-round, along with a photo of Alcock.
On January 29, he posted another post with an image of himself followed by an image of Alcock, with the caption: “Country Bumpin.”
Alcock also shared about Powell on his grid in early 2026. On February 8, she posted a merry-go-round from Milan with the caption, “This is Milan, your vibe,” and included multiple photos of Mr. Powell, including one in a restaurant and another with a glass of wine.
A few days later, on February 12, Mr. Powell posted a picture of Mr. Alcock holding a wine glass at the top of his Milan merry-go-round with the words, “Cheers to winning UX” written on it.
